how much should I pay for rebuild?

Well, I got some money, and found a great deal on a stroker kit, just curious how much i should expect to pay my mechanic to rebuild it with the new parts.

I have several threads going right now on several different things I am considering, I am not like changing my mind all the time like a girl does just tryin to figure it all out,
