How much do EPROM chips go for?

I got DSMlink on my car which came with a brand new chip so I got the stock Eprom chip laying around. I was just wondering how much these sell for. Any ideas?

Not much. Nobody really wants a stock chip. Just keep it in case you end up selling the car and want to return it back to stock condition.

Let see, new EPROMS cost me about $2. I guess a good 27C256 pull might be worth $0.75 to $1. The only real value is when you don't have a stock chip to put in your ECU and you need one.
