I always solve my questions after making a post making me look like an idiot 
this post can be deleted...
Anyone else wondering how to remove the reflector bowls, there are 2 alignment screws and a gear on the back of the housing. Don't spend 2 days playing with the gear screw like I did, it won't do anything. The small gear is what is connected to the alignment bolt. If It's stuck line mine was, just force it with some pliers. Once it starts turning you can hand unscrew it. 2 Days to find out something so simple...
