How do you put lifter in?

How do you put lifters in. How many do i need for a 4g63t. Pictures of what to do would help but how do you replace them. and also after you put them in is it true you should let car sit for a day then hand crank it the first time. Thanks

Make sure you bleed your lifters or have been bled before installed.

Remove your camshafts, take the old lifters out, put the new ones in, replace cams, torque to spec, done deal.
