How do you know if you have ABS?

And when was the last time that you were reduced to a panic stop anyway?

Deer. Skunk. Occasional werewolf. Seriously.

Plus everyone around here confuses dropped cookies with traffic lights: if it hasn't been red for more than 5 seconds, it's still OK to run it.

The real question is: does engine braking with AWD brake all four wheels, or just two (or even one?)?

So long as none slide, all four.

And if you do have to panic stop, are you really good enough to not lock-up any wheels?

With ABS I can prevent wheel lock, hehe.

how do you know if you have ABS??? slam on your brakes as hard as you can....if they dont lock up, and your brake pedal pulsates, you have ABS    there should be a box close to your master cylender with a bunch of steel tubes going in, a few wires, it's basically the control box that when put under a certain amount of pressure will open and shut the brake valves so keep the pads from locking up the rotors.......now for hardly knowing anything i think that's the best explanation i can give ya :|
