With that little amount of a drop you aren't going to have to worry about getting diferent struts unless your old ones are starting go out. Since you are going to be taking the struts out anyways it would be a good time to consider getting new ones.
 
Cause they're not $220, I thought they were like $167 shipped.
And they have been reported to drop the car more than advertised so your new shocks are a good idea anyways. And yes you will need a rear camber kit of DIY kit.
I think you should get them.
Do a search about them, they are endorsed by a site vendor and a few users have experience with them.
