Today, my car began developing some sort of vibration. this only happens, when im going through a hill, or if i let off the clutch slowly. The whole engine vibrates, and i can feel the same inside the car, and a lot. Other than that the car drives fine. My clutch pedal lost some pressure, and i recently replaced the master and slave cylinders along with a factory pressure plate and clutch disk. I was thinking that probably is one of my engine or tranny mounts, but the car/engine doesn't shake or vibrate at idle. Also, when the car shakes, the rpm's drop a few. I can feel like the car moves from side to side when its does this. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Check your crankshaft pully and see if its starting to seperate. I would go through and check all your mounts as well, visually. Try rocking the motor by hand as well. Its possible that its something to do with the drivetrain as well, tires, rotors, or axles.

Did you torque all of the bolts on the flywheel and pressure plate as well as use loctite when you changed the clutch? I have seen the bolts back out and cause the exact type of vibration you are describing. If that is what happened you DO NOT want to drive it! A clutch explosion can cause serious damage or death.

if the bellhousing is loose, as the clutch begins to engage, as soon as it makes contact it may push the bellhousing back a little and not quite fully engage but sort of slip, that could explain why it vibrates only at a certain point of releasing the clutch

well, since i replaced the clutch disk and pressure plate, ive driven the car maybe 3 times. i hope is nothing related to the tranny, because dropping it, is a pain in the ass. How can i determine if the crank pulley is separating?

Use chalk and mark a line on it from the center hub across the rubber ring to the outer pulley. Start it a few times and check to see if the mark is still lined up. If it is not it is seperating.

While taking off, dose it happen when you give it a good gas on 1st to 5th?

I fixed it. Thanks to all who helped. Apparently, the tranny bolts came loose, i lost one master cylinder bolt, and the tranny mount bolts were loose also. All this made the car feel like it wasn't enganging properly, and making that weird vibration. :thumb:
