Homemade MBC?

anyone know where i can read on how to make one? i cant find anything after searching the boards, and the link in vfaq doesnt work. can anyone help?

thats the one i have running now..its kind of big. It works beautifully though, ive got it set on 15 lbs, and it doesnt spike, and holds beautifully
