Ummm....if you already have a 4g63t, why do you want this one? Better condition? if all you want is a good condition motor, you can have one hell of a bottom end built with fully forged aftermarket internals for less than $1400.
 
assuming that the 90-94 engine available is a 6bolt, it doesn't seem like the dumbest idea to buy one to have on hand... you 7bolt owners :p

actually 93 was when 7 bolts became standard... so i assume you meant 90-92?
 
its a cyclone. Thats why its so much. If you want to hastle with the butterflys in teh intake mani then go for it. Other wise i really dont htink there is that much of a diff to t a 1g 6 bolt. but its good to have a spare to build the internals on while you can still drive your car
 
92.5 is when the 7bolts started, and the site lists 90-94, so i'm assuming that some (or all?) of the 90-94 engines that the site sells are 6bolt
