Okie... I'm a rookie, so if I get the HKS SSQV BOV for my 2G, will I need a flange? If I do, would I need the steel one or the aluminum one? I don't even know what those are...

You know that you can't vent it using the stock air flow sensor, right? If you want to vent, you'll have to go with a blow-through (blow-thru) setup.
