A pipe is a pipe. Get some cheap ones. Either classifieds used ones, Dave Brode, or even Dejon Tool. They'll be much cheaper and fit as good if not better.

Dejon Tool has some of the best pipes in my opinion. Good thick gauge metal and great fit. If you get some cheaper thinner one's you can always wrap them in heat wrap and they will work just as well.

~$300 for a set of pipes?! Don't buy those, or you will be spending over $100 for the "HKS" stamped on them. The suggested manufacturers have been tried and proven. You can give those a try, or, depending on what goals you have for the car, get an FMIC kit that includes everything. You will save money in the end by buying once and doing it right the first time.

thanks for all the input, i am going to buy a better SMIC, so i want to buy some pipes that will be able to flow more air, and give me better response, power, etc....
