hks bov help

ok guys so after my rebuild everything is hooked up and fixed most if not all of the vac leaks and boost leaks but when the car is at idle the hks ssqv bov has some air coming out of the front mostly the bottom right hand side and im not sure why i have a turbo xs mbc and im not sure how to hook that up to the bov and waste gate does anyone have any ideas

I've always heard that the SSQV would never leak due to the design. If it has O-Ring seals in it you might want to disassemble it and check out all of the moving parts and O-Rings.

+1^^ Also about your MBC, There should be a Vacuum line coming from your intake through your MBC to the BOV.

Do you actually have an HKS unit or is it a knockoff? If it's a knockoff, there's your answer.

no its the actuall hks ssqv the like 275$ one

the bov is also leaking where the air lets out after hitting boost not where its connected to the uicp its just a little bit of air from there

Hmm, well you've got me stumped. The good news is HKS stands behind their products, so you should be able to get a replacement or a repair. Sorry I can't offer more help.

yea i know ive been stumped for a few hours and i still am but its ok man thanks though ill call hks or send them an email and see what they can do for me
