hks BOV Help Please!!!!

OK here's my problem... and i HAVE searched... I have a hks ssqv and right now i have it vented which i know is not the best choice. But i bought the blow off valve like the second day that they remodeled it and the front of the bov tri bracket is welded on so for me to fit the recirulating fitting on there i would have to cut it off. Does everyone cut it off?? Because i didn't see that in the booklet. I just don't want to runin the bov and have to get another. Please anyone who has ran into the same problem tell me what you did.

Take out the little black alen key screws

ill look again but i didn't see any black alen screws gust the front sliver ones but if i can i would like to clear it up a bit. My Hks bov came with the fin fitting welded on thats what it is the fin is blocking me from putting the hose to the fitting i bought if that makes it a bit more clear.. PICS will be up tomm sorry it's dark here already
