high idle Question

I made a few mods and now my car has a higher idle. Removed SMIC and replaced it with FMIC and 2.5" ICP. Added Intake Pipe. New BOV RS style recirculated. Took out the CAT, new mandrel bent exhuast 3", A new throttle Body 1G. I think thats all. It idled at 710-760 before now after its warmed up its at around 930-1000. Biss screw is all the way in also. Will the car idle higher with new mods or should it be lower?

If your BISS is all the way in and its not stalling, there is something wrong with the isc or throttle body itself. If I screw in my BISS more than 3/4, it stalls.

i have the same problem, i cant seem to lower my idle.
even with the BISS all the way in.

I hold my thumb over the screw hole and I feel vacuum there. (Vacuum Leak)When it is screwed in all the way. Does this mean that I need to rebuild the throttle body?
