High Idle At Start

Is it normal for my engine to idle at around 1100ish RPM's when I start the engine cold? (Give or take 200ish RPM) If I drive around for a little bit, it'll idle back at around 500ish but if I turn off the car and come back a couple minutes later, it'll idle at around 900.

YES ITS PERFECTLY NORMAL! its the FIAV in your throttle body that will make your car idle like that when its cold.

That's perfectly normal for any EFI engine.

I just thought it was wierd cause it never happened when I started up my Tiburon.
