Alrighty people, I am replacing my race motor with a stock 6bolt. My Race motor is a 2.3 stroker with 272's and pretty much all done up. My fuel system is a walbaro 255 and is constantly running once I turn the key. My Fuel Pressure Regulator squeels and squaks when key is turned. (when key is turned I did not turn the motor over, only turning on electric). This is ass packing the injectors ( 680 Precisions) and spewing all inside my cylinders. Is this how I get gas in my oil?? I compression checked Cylinder 1 @ 152psi Cylinder 2 @ 151 Cylinder 3 @ 155 Cylinder 4 @ 152. I just want to make sure when I change out the motor I'm not going to have the same problems. Why is such a mast amount of fuel getting into my cylinders? What do I do? If you have any questions ask. Anything will help me.

Thanks guys!

Is that a technical term?

if your injector are wide open spraying fuel into your cylinders at "key on" you have a serious problem since the crank and/or cam sensor is what triggers your injectors to fire

and yes that could cause fuel to get into your oil from it washing past your rings, it can actually ruin your whole motor

Why are your swapping motors?

Swapping motors because I have already trashed a rod bearing from the gasoline. I am wanting to make sure it wont happen on this stock 6 bolt. I had the injectors and FPR checked out at a highperformance shop in Michigan. They said it was good. I also want to know how to re-wire the stock fuel pump up the original manufacturers way.

well according to your mod list, you have DSMlink so just "uncheck" the box that says "activate fuel pump"

though i dont think that will fix your problem, you may have a stuck open injector or are just plain running too rich

Get those injectors cleaned. If you have another cas laying around try it. It shouldn't just spray without
the engine turning over.
