I have a set of h.i.d I/got off E bay. well my cars down so, i brought/them to a freind to test. long story. he told me,to clean them with alcohal, incase we may have touched. is that safe.

wiping with alcohol is ok. just don't leave any oily residues on the glass because this will lead to shorter bulb life.
