Hey guys need some help, what size injectors

Ok its for my buddies car, he has a 98 gsx, with a tdo5h 20g turbo, and he just bought a walbro255 and he is keepin his stock side mount till next spring, and he wants to know what size injectors should he get, he wants to adjust the boost acordingly to the fuel, that way he dont have to worry about the afc, till next spring either! what do you guys think, i was thinkin 550's at about 20psi???
what are you thoughts?

i'd say atleast 650, why get 550 with a setup like that just to limit u later on down the road of performance, just buy the bigger ones so that u have some room to tune s'more after ur done and all that, also so they dont gotta work as hard.

On 93 octane you should be OK on 550's and a fuel pump. Even if you increased the boost a little higher I would think you could increase the fuel pressure a little more. Or like Generation1JeY said, ante up for the 660's and you would be fine.

so you think 550's with 20psi on the sidemount is ok, that sounds great maybe i can talk to him about the 660's id much rather see him go even bigger, but hes on a budget lookin for a good stageII clutch and lightened flywheel, so.... also how would we go about raisin the fuel? without and afc?

Oh btw, with the injectors hes gettin, a stageII clutch and flywheel, with his existing mods, which are intake and full 3" exhaust, his goal is to take the local fastest import, which is a stock sti! i say he'll kill him, what you guys think....

Is he planning on getting a FMIC? And I have never driven or seen an STi run in real life, bench racing is tough to do since there are a lot of factors. As far as you know John Forces son could own that STi.

anyways, yes hes gettin a fmic in the spring since, the car will only be out a few more months till it goes to winter storage.
