Didn't know where else to post this and yes I searched. :)

I was taking a ride in my friends car the other day and noticed almost when driving anywhere but WOT the AFR gauge wasn't reading. He goes WOT, the gauge pegs to 10:1. O.K weird. Car idles bad and something just doesnt sit right. Try to adjust some settings can't get it to even read still.

Come back the next day with my innovative LM-1 and we sit for a bit. 18:1 as high as 28:1 AFR at one point

Do some adjustments, I got the car to run around 14.8-15.2 AFR at idle. anywhere from 13.7-14.7 at cruising and WOT I got to 11.5. I am happy, the car is actually running within a safe means of engine before any catastrophic damage happened.

Concerns I am having. The car stumbles at idle, even with the afr dialed in somewhat. O2 sensor is not "oscillating" at idle like it should. and at idle and cruising the afr dips a little up and down no matter what at the same hz MAFRAW is at so adjusting it would make no sense. This all makes me think it has to do something with the global and deadtime of these wacky injectors. I have searched and everyone uses different settings. This car was at -64ish and 850us deadtime WTF I didn't quite like that, but the car seemed to as the 1150 recommended dead times were at 330us

Turbo is a PTE big turbo, don't know which brand but on 20psi we were rocking a 16g all day. :)

Fuel pressure is around 38psi.
ISC position goes up and down or holds at 120 sometimes (broken isc i presume which might cause bad idle)
Idle switch simulated
2G Hacked MAF

Airperrev was high and CombFT were all over the place in the double digits. but the car wouldnt run right otherwise.

Thanks anyone for any help you can give. It would be a great help as I would like to get his car running right before we try to make more power.

:( thats why I tried to list as much info as possible. The logs are on his computer and I'll try to get them this weekend if anything when I see him again.

I was thinking that as well from it running so lean for so long, but it was working while we were moving. Could that still mean its dead/malfunctioning?

I'll take a look the next time I get to him, and possibly bring an extra O2 with us. But yeah I was assuming following the general rule of .24-.26 for airflowperrev at idle. I don't tune these cars, I usually do americans and audis/vws. I had to learn a bunch of stuff on how to use ecmlink, but this is just to help a buddy out.

The other 16g I tuned for my neighbor is running really strong for now until we do more work to it.
