I just purchased a logging cable (ebay) and a Palm V. I've installed OBD Gauge software (it seems MMcd and Tune N Stein need OS 3.5, I have 3.3). I've connected the 3 pins as shown and run OBD Gauge. It never does more than say 'initializing.' I've played with the preferences and don't seem to be having any luck no matter what settings I change.

It's also worth noting that with the cable/palm connected the engine sometimes runs roughly. Occasionally it sounds like it's running on 3 cyclinders and revs poorly.

I appreciate any help getting this working. I have serious issues to diagnose and I'm counting on this.

I've fiddled with it more today. I've now tried nearly every combination of settings with the exception of the different ports and still no luck.
