Obd Gauge

I cannot seem to get obd gauge to work on my pocket pc. It’s a Compaq IPAQ 3600 series. Its telling me that it cannot find obd gauge (or one of its components) Make sure the path and file name are correct and all the required libraries are available. I downloaded the software straight off http://www.qcontinuum.org/obdgauge/index.htm and active synced it to the pocketpc. Can someone please help me with this question.

When you downloaded the obd gauge software it also in stalled a users manual on your desktop you need to print that off and it tells you some stuuf that you have to have on your pocket pc for it to work. IT also gives you the web address to go to to put the software you need to run obd gauge on your pocket pc.
