Help with 3.5" GM maf

I bought used GM maf and translator. I don't have complete set-up instruction for the switces .
I found out that first 4 dips are : on, off,off,off for 3.5" sensor. Can anybody send a full details to my mail.Is the ignition signal wire(white)going to ECU pin 109 ?
