I could use some help wiring my wideband. I have the Innovate unit and originally it plugged into the cigarette lighter for a 12V source. After a couple days of use the cigarette lighter died, so I decided rather than fix it I would hardwire to a 12V power source so I wouldn't have an annoying cord in the way. I first hardwired it to the 12V wire in the radio harness, but this caused to the fuse to blow, so now I am unsure of where to wire it. I was going to splice it into the 12V wire of the ignition harness, but a friend told me to wrap it around the battery fuse under the dash and plug it in instead of cutting into another harness. The only problem is that I do not see this fuse anywhere on the fuse box diagrams when I searched. Is it under the hood, or can anyone point me to the best possible solution to wire it? I can provide pics of anything if useful

wire it into your boost gauge power source or your turbo timer power source.

I do not have a turbo timer and my boost guage is not currently wired to light up
