HELP, wierd idle "studder"

Hey guys what's up? Ok I have a wierd issue. When I start my car it idles at the normal rpm but it studders really bad until it warms up, it also happens when I down shift and leave the clutch out a little. This problem is also intermittent. I went out this afternoon for a few hours and she ran beautifully. I am stumped, any ideas would he great. Thanks

I'd do a boost leak test and check your plugs/wires.

A boost leak would affect me at cold idle only? I thought of that but a) why would it go away when it warms up and b) why would it be intermittent, if it was indeed a boost leak. That's what it throwing me off
