Help? Side Markers

I bought some new side marker bulbs for my eclipse and they wont light up, could it be a fuse problem and where is it located?

Try flipping the bulb over and putting it in, the polarity has to be correct.
The connection inside the harness could be corroded as well, mine was shot from all the salt getting in there, f'ing winter.

Tried flippin the bulbs didnt work, so should i buy a new harness?
