Help removing vacuum lines on 2g

Hey Guys, i have a damaged purged control valve so i decided to take this as an opportunity to remove all of my vacuum lines.

I followed the diagram here:

My question is this. There was a larger vacuum line that used to go from the purge control valve that goes to the far right side of the intake. Do i remove this as well?



Here is a pic of what i am refering to. Do i cap these??
