I know everyone says to ditch the amp and get new speakers.. I don't want to do that. I don't care too much about the music in the car other than I'd like it to come out of all speakers. I don't need it to shake the neighborhood, I just want stock sound like with stock deck.. That being said...
I bought a wiring harness and I have a Jensen HU. I hooked up the wiring harness fine, and the HU plays, but nothing out of the front speakers. After some searching, I found out I need this harness:
So, I bought that. I did not use the square harness since I already hooked up a harness. I'm trying to hook up that other piece that has the four RCAs and teh remote line.
I plugged it in, and I tried every combo I could think of. My HU has four pre-outs, twi in back, two in front. If I hook up the remote line, the speakers up front work, but everythign is really weak and static - also the car's interior lights flicker and dim, so I know something is wrong.
Can anyone tell me exactly how I should be hooking this up to get sound out of all speakers like the stock HU??
I know almost nothing about car audio - any help would be appreciated!!!
Thanks

my bad, you DO have the right connectors. Are you sure you have it setup right?
