HELP!!!! No fire on cylinders 2&3!!!!!?!?!!??!?!?

Ok. So I did a 5 speed swap on my 97 Gst. And I jumped the two end wires of the middle row on the 12pnt connector I had left over... well the car starts but there is no fire on cylinders 2&3... I've switched coils, power transistor, plug wires, plugs, and ecu..
I know pin 23 of the ecu is the power transistor for cylinder 2&3 and was wondering if anyone knew what the readout is supposed to be on that pin and what its supposed to be measured with... any help or suggestions would help. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure you should be getting an on-off signal of 5v or less which you should be able to see on a digital multimeter. While cranking check to see if you are getting a good on-off signal. You should be able to watch the voltage on the multimeter cycle on and off. That on off signal is what is causing the coils to fire. If you have no on-off signal it won't fire that coil. Sounds like cam or crank angle sensor. Very touchy sensors on the DSMs. Do you have any check engine lights?
