Help get my car together!

Problem after problem everyone has been in this spot and its been bad for me, 4 months of haveing my fresh 6 bolt swaped 96 talon i was putting another engin in it, finally got everything to be ok so i thought and went adn got it tuned, problems were hapening and i just thoought if i got tuned they would be ok, air fuel and all that so it will run good, but now when im crusing any where above 2k rpm's my car will just die out like its getting cut out of fuel i cant push on the gas or it will just studder, my air fuel gauge goes crazy and i eather have to let the rpm's down past 2k or push in the clutch for a lil bit, then i can go for a lil more and it happens again , i was told it was my TPS but i replaced that and it still does it? also my SAFC 2 on is telling me my rpms and Throttle position are getting stuck they dont go lower they will just go highrt then get stuck, Bad afc or my problem,
help me get my stuff together if u have any ideas or comments!
