help finishing a 6bolt swap

i have a 97 tsi that i had to do a 1g swap in due to catastophic engine failure , i have the 6bolt in center diff done turbo bolted up, all thats left is wiring and hoses, and im slowly getting the sensors back together, but the intake is giving me trouble, i've got my maf to the turbo and from the turbo to the intercooler but from the upper intercooler to the throttlebody has got me stumped, maybe im just burned out and need toi stop for awhile. and to make matters worse i've got a ton of 1g znd 2g parts everywhere. i have a full 1g donor.
so if someone has done this already and has any tips to make things easier or things i may be forgetting let me know.

Im a little lost on what is stumping you. Is it piping, vac hoses, sensors of some kind?

Use a 2g throttle body elbow and cut the stock hose to fit if need be. I had to custom fab a 2.5" on to clear the CAS. What else you got going on?

upper intercooler to throttle body has got you stumped? But you actually removed your 7bolt and installed a 6 bolt into an AWD 2g. That's interesting.......

well, the 7bolt uicp doesnt seem to fit right, its at the wrong angle for the throttle body, and the 6bolt uicp looks very wrong, maybe i just need a picture of how it was, its been down for too long to remember. and yes i can disassemble things just fine its remembering where they went thats hard for me. turning bolts is nothing.
and a few of the sensors dont seem to be in the right spot either. i cant seem to get the knock sensor plug back together. and there is a long wire coming off the left rad fan that doesnt seem to fit anything.and i have the starter wire back onm it had the rubber piece on it and the small clip back on but there is a heavy black wire and i dont remember where that went.
i really need a few pictures that i could look at to see where everything went but the crappy haynes manual i have isnt alot of help.
