Heater and A/C issue

Well the heater works fine except when you turn it on full blast it just shuts off the heater. And when you have it on number 2 and I turn the wheel to the left a little, it makes a squeaking noise. The A/C doesnt work when I push the button and turn the air all the way to cold. Just wondering if maybe there is a known issue with this and what may be the problem.
