Headlights turn on but wont turn off

Ok recently i had some weird things happen....first off my lights will turn on but will not turn off but all of my dash lights do turn off....is there more than one relay for headlights? Also my climate control just wont work...and my power seat and windows will not work unless i am driving the car? im sooo lost and confused please help me!

Have you checked your alternator fuse?
