Headlights come on w/parking lights selected

Hey guys, I tried searching but didn't find anything to help me answer this question. I was driving to school today with just my parking lights+fogs on(wasn't dark yet) & everything was fine. I get out of class and put on my headlights and everything is working fine. But when I pulled into the garage, I switched the tab from headlights to "parking lights" and I noticed my headlights were still on...has anyone encountered this problem before? Any help would be great. thanks!

Sounds like one of your headlamp wires may be stripped and connecting with the parking light wiring. Check your headlamp wiring setup and see if there are any Bridged wires.
