headlight question?????

i was at a pit party just recently and the car they had playin the music had headlights that would flash to the beat of the music, what are these headlights called, i really want to install some on my 90 talon tsi. thanks alot

Probably just some sound activated controller wired in with a strobe kit.

Or any kind of homebrew combo like that.
