Headlight Question

I've already searched both here and other places, and I can't find a definitive answer to my question. I have a 96 Talon.......and I found an available 97-98 front bumper. Will my current headlights fit, or do I need 97-98 lights? Also, are the front fenders or hood any different? I'm sure this is a gimmee to most of you out there, so thanks for your help.

If it's a Talon bumper then your headlights will work fine. If it's an Eclipse bumper then you'll need the 97+ Eclipse lights.

All 2G fenders and hoods are identical.

All Talons use the same headlights. All 95/96 use the same headlights as the talons. 97+ Eclipse have a different front bumper and different lights. The 97+ Eclipse lights will only work with a bumper for a 97+ eclipse.

I bought some halo/projector headlights off eBay......I dont wanna pay $100 to get em installed, and I wanna do it myself, Im new to the game. Any help? do I HAVE to take off the front bumber? PLEASE tell me I dont. Thank You
