Having trouble with my logger.

I just got my palm pilot up and running I have both tunerstien and mmcd on it. It cable I have has only 3 connectors on it one is black one is blue and one is white. Can anybody tell me which pins on the obd connector go to which colors. Most of the web sites dedicated to logging have 4 connector cables any help would be great as my maft and other goodies are comming it.

You have to find out which wire is for the data pin, once you find that out the other 2 wires are grounds. Give me your email an i'll show you a picture of the OBD plug from microsoft paint

Check out this tech article.

You can probably pull your RS232 connector apart to see which wire goes to which RS232 pin and then use the tech article to figure out which wire goes to what pin on your diagnostic port.

Wow do I feel stupid for not seeing that tech article. I took apart my connector and it was filled with jb quick or something. Guess I will just have to mess around and see which is which.
