Have a question need answer fast

I have had my Walbro 255 lph High Pressure fuel pump for about 5 or 6 months now and it has always been kind of loud. I turn on the signals and I can hear it change pitch I was told that this was normal. On my way to school it got really loud. Is this normal for this pump? Or does this mean something else? I just want to know if anyone else has ever had their fuel pump get much louder all of the sudden and why? I am in class right now but I will check again on my break. Please let me know if you have any possible answer I don't really want to get stuck at school tonight. I will check back in about an hour.

From what many others have said (but that I have experienced only once on a friend's car), that pump can get louder when the tank starts getting empty.

Yep it gets louder when you are low on gas.

Yeah but I filled up the tank that morning. I don't know what the hell was going on but when I got back in the car it was back to normal.

Its normal for it to be loud.
why do you think its called the whinebro?
Changing pitches when you put on your blinker is normal also.
