Has anyone seen a front o2 read 1.10volts all the time?Wiseman please

Im trying to figure out this 02 sensor problem. My wideband reads 11.6-7 at idle which i know is way rich. My front 02 is pegged at 1.10volts 90% of the time. At idle its always at 1.10volts. Is my o2 bad? I know they usaully show low readings when they go bad so thats why im asking. Or do you guys think im just running that rich. The car does sputter around below 3k and 40%throttle. Any ideas are greatly appreciated. I'm lost yet again

I'd wager that any o2 sensor that does not cycle at idle is bad and needs to be replaced. I know you want us to consider that the car is running rich and may be a cause of those readings on the front o2, but a front 02 that has gone bad will make the car run rich!

Hey thanks dude. So when the sensor dies it goes into like a safe mode or something?Is that what your saying. That would explain my crazy a/f ratio no matter what i do
