has anyone made their own water injection kit

im just wonderin if there is anyone here that has made their own water/alcohol injection kit? i know a guy that has made his own kit but is working the kinks out of it. and it's for a honda not a dsm. so im wondering if anyone here would be able to enlighten me on how to make my own kit

I wouldn't mind hearing this either. I just went to hot import nights in chicago and saw a hella nice IS300 turbo'd with alc. injection. He said that he got really huge gains.

I made my own kit by following the links posted and others. I haven't had a single issue with it and not even a "kink" to work out. As long as you read as much as you can before tackling it job, you'll be fine and will most likely save a lot of money compared to buying a pre-fab kit. Good luck.

My tip for you is to use a pressure gauge ($8 at your local hardware store) and a water hammer aka pressure accumulator (~$20 on e-bay)

and can any of you answer this question for me? is this safe for my stock valves and stock everything else also? last question i have. i hope this helps anyone else who was thinking of doin this also, cause i know i am. will give me something to do while im waiting for my new crank and clutch to be broken in
