Has anybody know anything about the Cherry Bomb Vortex muffler?

I took my car to a local shop to have a 3" catback installed which I requested a magnaflow muffler. I picked it up yesterday afternoon and did an inspection on the welds and noticed they had welded a freaking cherry bomb on it. I demanded an explanation and the individual who welded it on told me that they didnt have a magnaflow that would fit so they put a "better" muffler on it. It is quiet for sure and stealthy. Here is the link to the only info I could find http://www.cherrybomb.com/vortex-mufflers.html
Does anybody else know anything about these??
I would like to be told I will not be dissapointed.

That cherry bomb muffler is baffled. I don't know what kind of magnaflow you requested, but most people get the "race series" which are straight through, which means there are no baffles, just a perforated tube. The baffles will make it a little more restrictive. Enough to cost you any power? It depends on a lot of things and is tough to say without a back to back comparison on a dyno. For a relatively mild setup, probably not much if at all. If you're happy with the sound and looks, I wouldn't worry about it.
