as far as i know there are all of us who said we are going then i have a few more friends in town that want to go. Sang wants to go in his evo then i might have a few more gst's going and another tsi. I am goin to a car show called slamfest at the johnson county fairgrounds this saturday the 26th and im giving flyers for the drag to all the tuners there. FYI i am racing my car there just to see what its got if any at all LOL. but sang wants to race then his friend with an r32 and an m3 also wants to so there will be a few cars. nick, and anybody else that wants to, we can just meet up here in lawrence then drive up to bryce's place since i kinda know where its at already. i planned on getting a room so who ever wants to throw down on the room its cool with me. again heres my number for any ?'s: 785-393-3632
 
I would love to but I just dont think I can afford it, my car is only tuned low throttle up to 3000 rpm-no boost because of knock, I am looking for an e prom if you know anybody that has one. So I would have to get the eprom, pay to have the car tuned, then gas to drive down, and ask for time off work. Lots of negatives here. I might drive down in my SI though, if I can get off work. But then you couldnt see the paint :notgood:

^^^I've got the exact opposite problem as you. I have my low idle and WOT tuned but not my midrange. I'll be there for sure too.

Psychoslipknot where in OP do you live? I used to live at 119th and blackbob and I know my way around JOCO pretty well so any directions should be fine. I'm definitely up for a bbq at your place as long as your parents are okay with it.
 
My rents are totally cool with it. They'll be at a wedding anyway. For directions to my place just pm me and I'll give them to you.
 
I live about 3 min from arlington.

and psycoslipnot- it doesn't matter if you line up with a 9 sec car, if you enter the bracket racing its not about whos fastest. you set a dial in time and you can't go under it. and they delay the lights, so you will get the green first. So, imo you should run, you can only get faster after practice, plus it's just a blast

I completely forgot that they had braket racing there. Crap I'm such a retard. Hell yea, if my car is up and running, I'll show you guys a thing or two ;) ROFL .
 
Well I haven't exactly had the time to practice, since my car is still messed up (it's the same thing as when I met you I just haven't fixed it yet).
 
The show is this weekend so if you guys need directions, now is the time to ask for them.

Also I would like to get a head count of whose coming and how many people your bringing.

Oh and I will not be running my car due to it still not being fixed. Sux I know.

Yeah I should probably introduce myself too. My name is Anson and I am from Olathe originally, moved to KC and am a senior in Industrial Engineering at Mizzou. Looking forward to meeting everyone there on Sunday.
 
We can all meet at the very far end of the stands. The part farthest away from the lights. Ill be there wearing a blue that so all of you will be able to recognize me. Lets just call it the unofficial dsm meet spot ROFL . Can't wait to see everyone there.
Oh and dont worry about missing your chance to race. Everytime I've raced at KCIR, they said the will start at a specific time but it's usually an half an hour to an hour later, so there will be plenty of time to meet and say hello to everyone. :thumb:
