Hardpiping with 14b and smic

I got a couple of questions about hard intercooler pipes with the 14 and smic.

My j-pipe outlet measures 2". The smic inlet measures a little over 2 inches, but im guessing its just 2". Would it be worth it to get a 2.25" licp? I should i just stay 2" all the way through?

Also ive got a 2.25" coupler, would I be able to use that on the smic? I keep seeing people saying the smic measures 2.25" and then i see people saying its 2". I measure and it was just a hair over 2". The coupler seems a little loose and easy to slip on, but if i clamp it tight enough would it be fine?

And can anyone recommend any sites to buy pipes and couplers besides siliconeintakes.com? Because alot of their pipes are out of stock and they wont be getting them until august.

I got my lower and upper pipes from Dejon Tool. DEJON | Powerhouse Great product, your choice of colors, and fits perfect. I am on stock t25 right now but they have a pipe to fit a j-pipe or if you need the t25 you can do like I am going to have to do and use a silicone elbow to connect j-pipe to lic pipe. And yes, couplers fit great.

Dont want to spend $125 on a licp. Plus I already have the j-pipe so i just need a 90* bend pipe.

If you still have the stock soft lower pipe, you can get it to mount to the j-pipe, it just has to be pretty bent and mangled to fit it . It is definitely a viable option at least for a short term need it now type of solution.

I dont want to use the stock pipes, thats why im upgrading to aluminum pipes.
