Looking for some ideas on why I can't pump gas in the car. no matter what level its at,

I had a car that did this. There is a vent that might be plugged, I think it is at the neck as well. The gas is getting trapped and not letting anything else in.

you should also have a anti siphon ball that might be stuck and causing this problem as well.
