after i Unhook both of the hoses from the Wastegate Solenoid, do i just leave two nipples the way they are or do i have to plug them?

please help!

Do you mean the boost controller solonoid? I plugged those as I didn't want anything getting in there if I ever decide to go back to stock. You can either leave it or plug it, doesn't make a difference.
