Alright I'm looking at another 1G AWD dsm. This one has a hahn super 20G turbo. I think I know from reading a couple posts is that the 20G is pretty much a waste. What would be a good upgrade from the 20G if I bought this car. Possibly a 50 trim? Any other suggestions. Thanks for the help I'm just learning about the 4g63. Also does the 50Trim bolt up to the stock manifold?

20G is in no way a waste. It's just that for the price, you can find better for the price. The 20g is old mitsubishi technology, the 50 trim is newer (not sure how new) and is cheaper in most cases. If you are looking for something along the lines of a 50 trim, search for T04B.

A 20g is a proven turbo. You don't see them as much anymore because people rush to get hybrid garrett/mitsu ones, and 20g's kinda seem like they've been forgotten about. You may think it's old, but people have ran great times on those turbos, and are still very streetable. They are kinda spendy brand new though. I was planning on having one on my car, but gotta great deal on a PTE so oh well.

NOW you said a SUPER 20g. That's not even a real 20g, it's Hahn's lil hybrid invention. I have no first hand experience with them, but have heard enought bad sh!t about them that I would never purchase one ever. But you're saying the car already has it installed, so in that case I'd just keep it in and run it. I'd run it till it dies, then purchase something else once it dies. Good luck with whatever you do though!!
