I am thinking of getting the Hahn FMIC. But, to anyone that has one, what was the fitment like, did you have to move anything, such as the coolant overflow bottle, a radiator fan, etc? Can it be ordered with the J pipe for the 16g on a 2g?

Also, where do the pipes connect? I think they connect to the existing upper pipe but I am not sure.

Any experiences or advice is appreciated.

I have the same deal going, im havent installed my 16g yet though so i cant help you on that aspect but i currently installed my hahn so i wouldnt have to later, hooked it up to my t25, um installation was pretty straightforward, comes with an installation manual, very quality product, didnt have to relocate anything, just had to cut the bumper support a little, nothing drastic, very well made fmic, definitely a good purchase, good luck bro

Fitment is fine, just like Chadillac2000 said. I used an RRE install kit to get the IC piping to the stock intercooler location. I bought the IC used so I don't know what piping it comes with, I only needed the pipes to get back to the stock IC location. The rest I already had hard piping for.

Yes as long as you have an aftermarket upper intercooler pipe hahn provides the rest, but if u dont have an upper intercooler pipe yet then your probably not ready for and fmic neways...:thumb:

i think the fitment was pretty bad with a 16 style turbo. the pipes just dont wanna go together. i had to go buy a 90* silicone elbo with a 1 foot long pipe to get it to fit. other then that everything else fit perfect

p.s. this was on my friends car biglgst send him a pm for more info

For anyone thinking of getting the Hahn FMIC, their website currently has it listed as a sale item. $899. I don't exactly need a FMIC yet myself, but this is the one I had planned on getting later on down the road, but I don't know how much longer I can hold out on not taking advantage of the sale! Why must they taunt me!?!?! Machv went and taunted me with their rmdsm sale and well, my car handles real nice now :)

...I think i'm going to have a FMIC soon.
