does anyone know if you can use basically the stock wiring and stuff to hook up to an aftermarket temp and oil psi guage??

Usually people buy aftermarket gauges for better/more accurate readings. Even if you could use the stock sending unit it would still only be as accurate if not worse than the factory cluster gauge.

No my friend you can not, stock oil pressure sending unit will not work with 99% of aftermarket gauges and the boost gauge is controlled by the ecu.

I second that, I highly doubt that you can use the factory sending units. Aftermarket sending units can display a higher level of accuracy, but are also a redundant sensor. There are other post that members are questioning their factory gauges, having a second sending unit(aftermarket) is a good way to prove out problems too.
