GSX vs. GST exhaust

I'm running a 98 GST currently and haven't done any exhaust work to it. Just wondering the difference between FWD and AWD exhaust placement and if I could get away with just putting an AWD exhaust on my GST so if in the future I wanted to get all the peices to do the AWD conversion so I can run with my friends S4 once again. Sorry if this is on FAQ's and I missed it. Thanks

AWD looks a little like this

Awd is basically straight. GST has some nasty bends, The exhaust on the AWD has to go around the rear diff and other suspension parts that are different from the FWD. So they arent interchangeable.

Also the downpipes are much different.
