hi i recently bought my second dsm. its a 93 awd talon. it currently has a centerforce dual friction clutch. it felt fine for about the first week but now it grinds going into first and reverse.all the other gears feel fine.but i noticed if i press the clutch pedal real hard it doesnt grind going into those gears. i wanted to know if the pedal can be adjusted to fix this or does the clutch have to be adjusted itself.

I know im not supposed to say this but... Search for "adjusting clutch" and make sure to use the search type to narrow your search. I only say this because i suck at explaining things

Crawl under your steering wheel and look at your pedals, the clutch pedal (the one on the left of course ;) ) Has a rod that goes into a nut, loosen the nut and you can spin the rod, adjusting when the clutch engages, looking at the pedal, i THINK you turn the rod clockwise to have the clutch grab higher off the floor... its one of those 2 anyways..

However im not sure if this will solve your problem, never hurts to try tho.. Good luck

well that fixed my problem, it doesnt grind in first anymore but it still has a very slight grind in reverse. but im satisfied thanks alot.
