Greddy Turbo Timer turning off

okay so installed the greddy full auto timer and i based it off my friends car so i wouod of thought the installation would of been right since his works fine but guess not. when i turn the car on, drive, park, then turn the key back to the on, since the key ignition reads acc, on, and start, on the metal part where you turn your key, if i turn it back to on the turbo timer starts to count down but if i turno the key to acc or all the way and pull it out, the car and turbo timer turns off. whats the problem? guessing two wires are switched around, also i installed it using the turbo timer harness from dsmparts.com thanks.

so does anyone know what the problem is??? why does the turbo timer turn off whn i take the key out?? anyone?? thanks
